Welcome to Maison Piloni

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have put together some useful information for you.

Our house is old and without sound insulation. For mutual respect we ask you not to take a shower/bath between 22h30 and 07h00 and to converse at a reasonable volume.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available from 08h30 until 10h00. Warm beverages are served.

Kitchen

The kitchen is private, no entry for guests!

Toilettes

Danger of clogging! Please only flush toilet paper.Use the trash bins for everything else (moistened toilet paper/cleansing tissues, sanitary articles etc.).

Room cleaning

We provide basic daily room cleaning (make beds, empty bins, bathroom supply check).

Shutters

If it is windy, please make sure to fix the shutters. We would also appreciate it if you could close the windows and doors when you leave the room because of very strong air drafts.

Linen

For environmental reasons, we wash the bed linen and terry towels every 4 days, but on request, we wash them more often for a charge 15€ per change.

Lights

Except in the stairwells and entrance door there are no automatic light switches. We ask you to clear the lights when leaving the room / house.

Water

The tap water is drinking water.

Check-out

09h00 — 11h00

Payment

Remaining payment and any additional food/drinks costs are due at check-out in cash (Euros or CHF).

Coffee/tea

In the breakfast room, there is a coffee machine and a water boiler. Please write down  on the list what you consume.

Fridge

In the fridge in the breakfast room are refreshing drinks. Please write down on the list what you consume. Feel free to store something in the fridge, but keep it clean.

Keys

If you leave the house, please take the keys with you. There is a charge of 80€ for each lost key.

Pool

The pool is checked and cleaned daily. You can use the pool from 09h00 — 21h00.

Pool towels

There are a limited number of pool towels available. We are happy to provide them on request.

Bikes

Basic bicycles for small bike tours are available on request. A bike rental company is close-by.

Laundry Service

You can either use our laundry service for 20€ per wash (except ironing) or the laundromat about by the SuperU gas station.

Markets

Thursday and Sunday mornings are market days in L'Isle sur la Sorgue. From April to September there is a farmer’s market in Velleron, the neighbouring village. Open daily from 18h00-19h30 (except Sundays).

Restaurants

There are many different restaurants in the city. We are happy to help you with recommendations.

ATMs

There are a few cash machines in the city as well as Credit Agricole at the Le Vivier Restaurant just past the Super U.

Gas station

A gas station is located in the immediate vicinity of the Super U or Intermarché.
